Nikki is an extremely experienced Chartered Planning and Development surveyor, having graduated from Reading University with an MSc in Real Estate in 1999.  Having started her career in a rural practice surveying firm, Nikki has also spent several years working in land promotion on the development side, before setting up her own specialist practice, where she enjoys being able to offer independent advice, with the benefit of experience on both sides of the landowner/developer equation.
